About the Role

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to support the recruitment efforts for InFocus on a fixed-term basis. This role will involve sourcing and attracting new employees to fill vacancy gaps, using various platforms, including job fairs and social media.

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential candidates, maintaining continuous contact from day one and throughout the preselection process. You will also organize and deliver the onboarding process for all new employees, assisting with logging onto in-house computer systems and providing one-to-one support to ensure all relevant training and induction are complete.

Once the new staff member is in post, you will arrange regular check-ins to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. You will also assist the HR team with the administration of recruitment tasks as needed.

This role may suit someone with recruiter experience within a recruitment agency who may wish to experience an in-house position.
