About the Role

At Wickes, we're not just a DIY store - we're a partner in helping our customers bring their dreams to life. As a Design and Sales Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in understanding our customers' needs and aspirations, and inspiring them to create their perfect kitchen or bathroom.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Listen to customers' wants and needs, and use your passion for design to bring their vision to life
  • Create innovative designs that meet our customers' expectations and exceed their aspirations
  • Guarantee sales by attending to every detail and prioritizing customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a valid UK driving licence, a passion for sales and design, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company. While a sales background is beneficial, we're more interested in your enthusiasm, energy, and ability to deliver sales through exceptional customer service.
