About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Ward Manager in setting up standards, promoting change and developing nursing practice, supervision, and audit.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience of motivating change within a team, clinical supervision and mentoring, good liaison skills and ability to manage difficult and complex situations.

This is a rare opportunity to work on our brand new, flagship Salus Ward, and to be part of a team that provides mental health, learning disability, and neurodiversity services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as shift coordinator and participate in training and development of junior staff.
