Job Title: Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced and innovative physiotherapist to join our dynamic team as a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist. This role will support complex respiratory patients in all our inpatient wards at Kingston Hospital, including ICU, Paediatrics, Surgery, Medicine, and Care of the Elderly.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert physiotherapy management for complex respiratory patients.
  • Lead the physiotherapy team in the development and implementation of respiratory care pathways.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • BSc/MSc Physiotherapy qualification.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Band 7 or above respiratory experience.
  • Expert knowledge of respiratory conditions and treatment options.
  • Staff supervision and clinical development experience.
