Remortgage Resolution Specialist

Knights' Remortgage Division is committed to delivering exceptional services to lending institutions and intermediaries. With a large team of 1500 colleagues spread across 26 locations, we offer a diverse range of opportunities for growth and development.
Our team members are the first point of contact for major mortgage lenders, brokers, customers, and third parties, requiring excellent customer service, problem-solving, and query resolution skills. You will be expected to manage 60 inbound calls per day as the first point of contact for these stakeholders.
About the JobThis role requires delivering excellent customer service, problem-solving, and query resolution while being calm under pressure and an amazing team player. Key responsibilities include assisting borrowers and callers with various enquiries regarding their remortgage application, taking ownership of issues to resolve within SLAs, and working on back-office processes to deliver our services.
You will work closely with Caseworkers to support achieving objectives and accurately administer client details using case management systems and tools like Excel and Outlook.
