Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in the Brighton area. As a Care Assistant, you will provide personalized care and support to a 19-year-old male with complex needs, including challenging behavior, PEG feeding, epilepsy, and seizure management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and companionship to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support clients with complex needs, including challenging behavior, PEG feeding, epilepsy, and seizure management.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

Requirements

  • Be over 18 years old.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have a good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
