Key Responsibilities

As a GIS/Geospatial Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of geospatial data
  • Transactional Material Management: Managing transactional material data related to current assets and future opportunities
  • Legal Plans and Deeds Analysis: Analyzing legal plans and deeds for geospatial data insights

You will work closely with the Geospatial Team to achieve project objectives and deliver results.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience with Esri software, particularly ArcGIS Pro
  • Proficiency in Python or FME is highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a comprehensive pension scheme.
