Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Ascentium Capital. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and retaining business relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Utilize your skills and experience to identify new sales leads, prospects, and clients, and develop strategies to pursue and close deals.
  2. Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring their needs are met.
  3. Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt your sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  4. Provide Accurate Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely sales reporting, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  2. Experience: One (1) year of commercial, small business, equipment financing, or related outside sales experience.
  3. Skills: Demonstrated results meeting production sales goals, experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
