Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Leadership: Oversee the company's financial performance, ensuring strong budgeting and financial health.
  2. Strategic Business Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to drive long-term growth and profitability.
  3. Operational Excellence: Lead all aspects of operational management, including supply chain efficiency, sourcing, and regulatory compliance.
  4. Customer Management: Oversee customer account management and lead the development of new sales opportunities, working closely with the commercial team to grow key markets.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare and medical device regulations, working alongside the operations team.
The Ideal Candidate

We seek a seasoned leader with a proven track record in leadership within a business SME or a division of a larger organisation, ideally within the medical device or healthcare sector.

  1. Commercial Expertise: Strong commercial background, with experience in driving sales, account management, and overall business operations.
  2. Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations and a solid understanding of compliance within the healthcare space.
  3. Operational Management: Ability to manage various functions, from financial oversight to hands-on operational involvement.
  4. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for business development and customer engagement.
  5. Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to lead a company with a strong reputation for quality and innovation.
