About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Antony James Recruitment Ltd. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving success within our HR plan, providing expert guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and supporting our organization through restructuring and cultural change programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior managers and key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Support the organization through restructuring and cultural change programs
  • Manage complex investigations and formal processes
  • Lead HR projects that align with our business objectives
Requirements
  • Relevant HR qualification or CIPD Level 5 or above membership
  • Excellent understanding of HR disciplines, including employee relations and employment legislation
  • Strong experience in managing complex investigations and leading HR projects
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to influence at all levels
  • People-first approach and ability to work collaboratively with a passionate team
What We Offer
