About the Role

Antony James Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in driving success within our HR plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and restructuring initiatives.
  • Support the organisation through cultural change programmes and shape the people strategy.
  • Develop and lead HR projects that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage the HR Advisor and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Relevant HR qualification or CIPD Level 5 or above membership.
  • Excellent understanding of HR disciplines, including employee relations and employment legislation.
  • Strong experience in managing complex investigations and leading HR projects.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to influence at all levels, and a people-first approach.
