About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operative to join our client's team in Goole, Yorkshire. As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for performing fast-paced assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies, assembling parts, semi-products, or components according to plan, and conducting quality sight checks or checks on functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies
  • Assembling parts, semi-products, or components according to plan
  • Conducting quality sight checks or checks on functionality
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a production operative, assembly operative, or shop floor position
  • Motivation and a focus on target and quality driven work
  • A good eye for detail
  • Health and safety consciousness
  • Strong motivation and drive
  • The ability to build, develop, and maintain positive working relationships
Desirable Qualifications
  • Additional certifications or training related to assembly operations
  • Experience in a similar role within the mobility or manufacturing industry
