We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team at the prestigious Gore Hotel.

This exciting opportunity is part of the Starhotels Collezione, a group of 13 luxury hotels across the globe.

As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Your key duties will include:

  • Leading a team of chefs to prepare and present food of the highest quality.
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Assisting in all areas of the kitchen, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen environment.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with colleagues and guests.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

A proven track record as a Sous Chef in a similar environment.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a professional team.

Passion for developing junior members of the kitchen team.
