\About the Role
\We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team in developing predictive models that optimise business performance. As a key member of our analytics department, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.
\Main Responsibilities

- Evaluate model performance and identify areas for improvement.\
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.\
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning and AI.\
- Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.\
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.\
- Communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.\
- Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets industry standards.\\/ul\
Requirements
\To be successful in this role, you will need:

- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.\
- Strong Python and SQL skills.\
- Experience with predictive and optimisation modelling.\
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.\\/ul\
Salary and Benefits
\The salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
