About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Professional to join our team at Cygnet Amberwood Lodge. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals, promoting independence and community integration
  • Work closely with management and team members to ensure effective service delivery
  • Contribute to creating a safe and clean environment, adhering to policies and procedures
  • Safeguard individuals' welfare and report any concerns as necessary
  • Engage in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check. We offer a competitive salary range of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
