Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Worker. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently within their own homes and local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with medication administration and ensure clients take their medication as prescribed.
  • Help clients with meal preparation and ensure they have access to nutritious food.
  • Accompany clients to local community activities, such as shopping and social events.
  • Support clients with day-to-day household duties, including cleaning and laundry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care work or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
