About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in the Chepstow and Caldicot areas.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently within their own homes and local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist with medication administration and meal preparation.
