About the Role

As a skilled pharmacist with The Boots Company PLC, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and providing expert advice. Your main areas of responsibility include:

  1. Providing excellent customer and patient care through listening and offering reassurance.
  2. Accountability for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
  3. Building the pharmacy capability of store teams.
  4. Conducting continual review through audit, observations, and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount.
  5. Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services.

  1. Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).

  3. A passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for customers.
  4. Collaboration skills with a team-centered approach.
  5. Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services.
  6. Strong communication skills to effectively meet the varied needs of customers and patients.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a range of benefits including:
