This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Band 7 Pharmacist to join our client's team in Cumbria. As a full-time Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services across hospital wards, conducting medication reviews, and offering pharmaceutical advice to clinical teams.

With a competitive salary of £25-£32 per hour and an immediate start on a 3-month contract, this role offers excellent financial rewards. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital pharmacy, preferably in a ward-based setting, and hold GPhC registration. They will also possess excellent communication and team-working skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and manage a busy caseload.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing clinical pharmacy services across hospital wards
  • Conducting medication reviews and offering pharmaceutical advice to clinical teams
  • Ensuring safe and effective prescribing practices

Requirements:

The successful candidate will require:
  • Proven hospital pharmacy experience, ideally in a ward-based setting
  • GPhC registration is essential
  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in medication management
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a busy caseload

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £25-£32 per hour, and you will have the opportunity to work full-time Monday to Friday hours. Additionally, you will receive an immediate start on a 3-month contract and gain valuable experience in a dynamic hospital environment.
