Job Title: Experienced Casino Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casino Cashier to join our team at Metropolitan Gaming Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our cash desks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Observe and adhere to the Cash Desk Procedure Manual, guidelines, and relevant legislation.
  • Accurately complete all company records and paperwork in accordance with company procedures and accounting guidelines.
  • Investigate queries from head office or in-house.
  • Update points/player tracking for customers.
  • Maintain all ATMs.
  • Process all banking transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a unique guest experience.
  • Actively meet day-to-day customer service needs and respond to queries.
  • Support company-wide customer service initiatives.
  • Actively create a team environment and support other team members.
  • Keep management informed of major players and transactions.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with management and other departments.
Requirements:
  • Banking or finance experience.
  • Strong work ethic with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Organized and methodical approach.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Numerate skills.
  • Articulate in English.
  • Personable and customer-focused.
  • Computer literate.
Desirable Skills:
  • Competent with use of NEON.
  • Understanding and application of AML/SG policy requirements for the cashier role.
  • Competent with cash desk manual and policies.
  • Holds a valid Personal Functional Licence (PFL).
