Company Overview:

Speedy Generator Compressor Engineer is a leading hire provider with the widest range of tools, specialist hire equipment, plant and support services. We have over generators on fleet ranging from 20 – kva, with many fitted with telematics and synced using Comap or Deep sea panels.

Salary: You will be paid door to door for your total working hours, with 42.5 hours per week being the standard. If you work beyond this, you are entitled to time and half.

Job Description: As a Senior Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing our generator and compressor fleet. This includes monitoring and managing service hours, as well as maintaining and repairing the same or similar types of equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full driving licence
  • Experiencing of maintaining and repairing the same or similar types of equipment
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Able to work alone under pressure and as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to hours
  • Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
