About the Role

Empower Digital Limited is seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to join their team in Hillington, Glasgow. This role involves load testing and maintenance of lifting equipment, with a focus on fault-finding and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repair work on traction hoists and safety brakes
  • Load test equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Fault-find and rectify issues with lifting equipment

The ideal candidate will have experience working with lifting equipment, a methodical approach to problem-solving, and excellent analytical skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Experience with fault-finding and repair work on lifting equipment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
