**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credit Control Administrator to join our team. As a Credit Control Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our credit control function.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide customer account reconciliations as required and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Conduct credit limit reviews and provide recommendations for credit limit adjustments.
- Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc reports and provide administrative support for internal stakeholders.
- Provide additional support to cover Credit Controllers during absence and ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Produce letters and other correspondence as required and administer finance agreements within the designated area.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in a credit control or accounting role is not required, but previous administration experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft PC applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong team player with the ability to work on their own initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
