About the Role:This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity. We offer various shifts across morning, lunch, teatime, evenings, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing personal care, fluid, nutrition, and medication support to individuals in their own homes.
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supporting individuals with dementia, end-of-life care, and palliative care.
- Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- A full driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Previous experience in care settings or a willingness to learn and develop skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full training, including induction and ongoing professional development.
- Opportunities to complete NVQs in Health and Social Care.
- 24/7 support and a collaborative team environment.
- Paid travel time and mileage allowance.
