Domiciliary Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team at Network Healthcare, providing domiciliary care services within the community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting individuals in their own homes or other care settings, with a focus on end-of-life and palliative care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care, fluid, nutrition, and medication support to individuals in their own homes.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  • Supporting individuals with complex care needs, including those with dementia and physical disabilities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care work, preferably in a domiciliary setting.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
