Job Title: Executive Producer

We are seeking a talented Executive Producer to join our team at Dmgmedia. As an Executive Producer, you will be responsible for producing, editing, and shooting original shows designed for YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement show concepts, working closely with the senior producer/showrunner to set the direction of the show.
  • Pitch episode ideas and contribute to conversations around development, episode ideas, and technical aspects of production.
  • Analyze show performance using data to understand which parts of the show are working and which aren't.

Requirements:

  • Experience producing, editing, or shooting long-form videos.
  • A deep understanding of YouTube as a platform and a world-class story sense.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and give detailed, specific feedback.
  • A lack of fear of failure and a willingness to pivot when an idea doesn't work out as planned.

About the Role:

This is a new role on a new team that's tasked with developing a slate of original programming that viewers will fall in love with.
