Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer to join our studio team in Sunderland. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design across various disciplines for digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop creative visual solutions for websites, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, and other digital assets.
- Work within brand guidelines to ensure consistent application of the brand's identity and messaging.
- Prepare high-quality artwork for web/email/digital and commercial print accurately and efficiently, meeting relevant deadlines.
- Collaborate with senior team members on project management, dealing with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating solid conceptual thinking, colour and layout skills across digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
