Job Title: Library Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Library Assistant. As a key member of our library team, you will play a vital role in providing a high-quality library and information service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in the library and online.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of a diverse range of events and activities.
  • Support customers to access online information and resources, including eBooks and newspaper apps.
  • Work with a team to offer a high-quality library and information service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and digital skills.
  • Able to work with a range of partners and volunteers.
  • Customer-focused and enthusiastic individual.
  • Love for reading and passion for sharing this with others.
