**Job Summary**

Wideopenwest Networks, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our network infrastructure, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and relocate outlets, converters, and cable modems
  • Test and maintain signal levels and picture quality
  • Provide superior customer service and maintain a professional appearance and behavior
  • Complete all tasks to WOW quality standards
  • Responsible for motor vehicle per company policy, including equipment and tool inventory, vehicle security, and vehicle maintenance
  • Test, maintain, splice, repair, and replace coax cable
  • Perform network troubleshooting, including ping test, trace routes, and speed test
  • Able to operate handheld Field Service Tool application
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Physically able to use computer equipment and test equipment
  • Able to work safely near power lines and electrical equipment
  • Able to drive Company vehicles in a safe manner
