Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the assessment and treatment of young people with eating disorders, working closely with the senior clinical team.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with patients, service users, staff, and contractors, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
- Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with other professionals.
- Support the delivery of direct and indirect patient-focused work, including meal observations, patient interviews, and surveys.
- Work in partnership with families and carers to promote understanding and support, providing information and guidance on mental health and well-being.
- Contribute to the development of the service, participating in service evaluation and contributing to the learning and development of others.
We are looking for an individual with a Psychology degree and experience in CAMHS. A background in eating disorders and CAMHS experience are desirable. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the needs of young people and families affected by mental health and eating disorders.
