The role involves working alongside an experienced Site Manager on a busy traditional build project, overseeing all aspects of construction process, ensuring the project is completed within budget, maintaining high-quality image and providing excellent customer satisfaction.

A successful candidate will have a valid CSCS card, SMSTS certificate and First Aid qualification. The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000-£60,000.

Job Description:
  • Manage construction process, ensuring quality and adherence to health & safety procedures
  • Work closely with Site Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining developer's high-quality image
