Ledger Management Expert

Focus Resourcing is seeking a skilled Ledger Management Expert to join their finance team in Thatcham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and administering the termly billing and accounts receivable function.

This includes processing termly fees and extras invoices, as well as accounting processes for Sales Ledger and Nominal Ledger. Reconciliation of recharged extras, including school trips, pupil recharges, and taxi journeys, will also be part of your duties.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of VAT legislation and experience with application of output VAT on different supplies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential.

A salary of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days holiday, bank holidays, and additional Christmas shutdown. A generous pension scheme and delicious daily free meals are also provided.
