Job Overview
As a Store Manager at Skechers, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. You will be the brand ambassador, inspiring and motivating your team to achieve their best.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Brand Champion: Foster a deep understanding of the Skechers brand and its products, and communicate this passion to your team and customers.
  2. Customer Experience: Lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  3. Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and develop your team members to reach their full potential, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  4. Store Operations: Manage store scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive sales growth.
  5. Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Skechers products, including features, benefits, and selling strategies.
  6. Recruitment and Retention: Attract, recruit, and retain top talent, ensuring that your team is motivated and engaged.
  7. Operational Excellence: Model strong operational processes and routines to drive profitability and results, ensuring that all store systems and processes are optimized.
