Electrical Maintenance Technician

Pioneer Selection is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to become a key part of our dedicated maintenance team in a fast-paced factory environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all machinery and systems operate at peak performance, conducting planned maintenance, responding promptly to breakdowns, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits including enhanced sick pay, pension scheme, and opportunities for career progression.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- An electrical engineering qualification
- Proven experience as a maintenance engineer in a manufacturing or factory environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to maintenance tasks
