Electric Vehicle Technician

Fusion People Ltd is seeking an experienced Electric Vehicle Technician to join our team in Bicester, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and testing of chassis and body electrical control systems in accordance with customer specifications.
About the Role:
The role involves ensuring that all work carried out meets the company's quality standards, adhering to health and safety policies, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for installing vehicle wiring harnesses and components as per contract build documentation, terminating automotive connections up to 800V AC or DC, and fault-finding and repairing electrical systems using bespoke diagnostic software.
Key Responsibilities:
* Comply with Fusion People Ltd's health and safety policy and procedures
* Ensure all work is completed to the agreed quality standard
* Install and modify vehicle electrical systems to meet specification requirements
* Terminate various automotive and high voltage connections
* Test and commission vehicle electrical systems
* Fault find and repair electrical systems
Requirements:
* Significant experience in electric vehicle technology
* Proven track record of meeting quality standards
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
