Job Overview: At Integral, we are seeking an experienced Portfolio Management Director - Buildings to lead our construction portfolio delivery across various Rolls Royce sites in Barnoldswick. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of projects with values between £50k to £15m. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing complex construction projects.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for leading a team of construction professionals to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations. This includes providing health and safety leadership to your site delivery teams, promoting behavioural safety improvements and ensuring mandatory reporting of KPI's, Good Catches/Near Misses (GC/NM), accidents and incidents are carried out in line with procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a portfolio of projects with values between £50k to £15m.
  • Provide health and safety leadership to your site delivery teams.
  • Mentor and coach direct reports to achieve their objectives.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in managing complex construction projects
- Knowledge of MS18 and CSO6 Rolls Royce standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary of £100,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
