Job Description:
Talent Limited is looking for an Operational Manager to lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through close. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in project management, with expertise in delegating tasks, monitoring progress, budgeting, and ensuring coordination among team members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day management of internal and client-facing projects, workstreams, and tasks. They will interface with consultancy and operational teams to complete defined projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience.
