Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Website Project Coordinator to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work with us in delivering exceptional client experiences.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of website projects, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and maintaining high standards of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end website project delivery, ensuring timelines are met and standards upheld.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients during content upload phase, ensuring clarity and ease throughout.
  • Perform quality control checks on website content and functionality, identifying and resolving any issues before and after launch.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to management for enhancing client experience, improving systems and processes.
  • Document and implement workflows for optimal project efficiency and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in project coordination or management within a creative or digital agency environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients and team members, both written and verbally.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects while upholding high standards of quality and timeliness.
