Our client is a global leader in high-technology systems development, ranging from the nuclear fuel cycle to remotely piloted aircraft, airborne sensors, and advanced electric, electronic, wireless, and laser technologies. Position Summary: We are seeking a Windows Systems/Support Engineer to support our client's Windows 11 migration project. The ideal candidate will have experience in Windows administration, tech support across various platforms, and a solid understanding of networking. This is an onsite role in Acton, MA, requiring a commitment of 5 days per week. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the Windows 11 migration project, ensuring seamless transition and minimal downtime. * Provide technical support for Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems. * Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, routing protocols, load balancing, and backup/disaster recovery systems. * Ensure system security and compliance with organizational policies. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Windows Systems/Support Engineer, particularly in Windows administration. * Strong background in technical support, including experience with Linux and Mac operating systems. * Solid understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, routing protocols, and load balancing. * Familiarity with remote support tools and methodologies.
