Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Institutional Client Services Associate to join our team at Interactive Brokers. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our institutional clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Assist clients with multiple trading platforms, including desktop, mobile, and browser-based systems.
  • Resolve trade-related queries, including order entry and trade execution.
  • Communicate and escalate high-level issues to relevant stakeholders, ensuring seamless resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Project manage platform and process enhancements, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Perform other tasks as required, including client training, market research, and development.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of listed Equities, Options, Futures, and FX.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for technology and financial markets.
  • Prior experience in international settlements or clearing operations is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English and German preferred).
  • University degree or higher.
  • At least 1-2 years experience, preferably in a client-facing capacity at a global financial institution.
