Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Institutional Client Services Associate to join our team at Interactive Brokers. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our institutional clients, including assistance with trading platforms, resolution of trade-related queries, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure seamless trading experiences.
  • Assist clients with multiple trading platforms, including desktop, mobile, and browser-based systems.
  • Resolve trade-related queries, including order entry and trade execution, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate and escalate high-level issues to relevant stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to project manage platform and process enhancements, driving business growth and improving client satisfaction.
  • Conduct client training, market research, and development activities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of listed Equities, Options, Futures, and FX, with a deep understanding of financial markets and trading platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for technology and financial markets.
  • Prior experience in international settlements or clearing operations is highly desirable.
  • University degree or higher in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing capacity at a global financial institution, with a strong grasp of core competencies.
