Manufacturing Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Teamwork Partnership Ltd.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all production procedures meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. This includes monitoring raw material and finished product quality, verifying records, and supervising production processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Raw Material and Finished Product Quality Monitoring: Conduct regular checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Record Verification: Verify records of production processes, including batch numbers, weights, and other relevant information.
- Production Process Supervision: Oversee production processes to ensure they are carried out in accordance with GMP standards.
- Liaising with Production Managers and Team Leaders: Collaborate with production managers and team leaders to ensure that product quality, safety, and legality are maintained.
- Taste Panel and Chemical Tests: Monitor samples for taste panel and chemical tests, and ensure that results are recorded accurately.
- Sample Dispatch: Ensure that samples are sent to the laboratory daily for analysis.
- Daily Taste Panels and Record-Keeping: Organize daily taste panels and record the results accurately.
- Label Review and Verification: Review label records and verify that they are accurate before despatch.
- Product Label Signing: Sign product labels to confirm their correctness.
- NPD Sample Preparation: Prepare NPD samples according to specification.
- Safety, Hygiene, and Housekeeping: Ensure that food and feed safety, hygiene, and housekeeping procedures are followed at all times.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff on procedure and encourage teamwork to improve productivity and efficiency.
About the Salary:
The salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
