As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you can expect to earn an estimated salary of £13,103 per annum, based on a 12-hour shift pattern with rates of £10.85 per hour for day shifts and £11.45 per hour for night shifts.
The typical shift pattern for this role is 12 hours, either from 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am. You will be working closely with our production team to achieve required output and meet production deadlines and targets.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring production machines are running smoothly and efficiently
