You would thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and using your personality to create memorable customer interactions, turning first-time customers into loyal clients.

This role offers more than just sales assistance – it's a rewarding and enjoyable experience for the right individual. Our business fosters a fun and dynamic atmosphere, with energy and motivation being key.

If you're self-motivated, bonus-driven, eager to learn new skills, and take pride in customer care and selling, with high personal standards, you'd be a great fit for our team.

You'll work 40 hours a week, covering 5 out of 7 days, including weekends. Your salary will be £24,024, with an uncapped weekly bonus.

The role is based in our Banbury branch, located within a busy Tesco store. You'll also support neighboring branches as required.
