Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering key training programs to ensure that our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. This will involve maintaining compliance with NHS standards, collaborating closely with managers to assess and enhance performance, and continuously improving our training programs.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to teach and facilitate in a range of settings and assess individuals' learning against required standards
  • Excellent knowledge of NHS cleaning standards
  • Experience of working in cleaning and catering services in a supervisory role
  • Experience of working within a large organisation and with large staff groups
  • Ability to use and demonstrate all equipment used in cleaning and catering
