Job Summary

At AtkinsRéalis, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our projects and services, and will work closely with our clients to understand their quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their quality requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide training and support to our staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics to ensure that our services meet the required standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering or Technical field.
  • Minimum four years' experience in the field of quality control.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
