  1. Manage multiple new build developments, from single dwellings to larger developments.
  2. Coordinate and manage labor, materials, and resources on site.
  3. Oversee health and safety, risk assessments, and safe work systems.
  4. Implement procedures and inspections to ensure smooth site operations.
  5. Address day-to-day problems and ensure site staff are directed, supported, and trained as needed.
  6. Represent the company with professionalism, quality, communication, and H&S.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
  2. Previous experience in construction management.
  3. Motivated, proactive, and organized.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
