Site Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the safe execution of concurrent projects across various sites, ensuring that projects are delivered to meet Integral & Rolls Royce's standards in regards to safety, quality, and programme.

Key Responsibilities

Health and Safety Leadership: Provide health and safety leadership to your site delivery team, promote behavioural safety improvements, and carry out regular site manager safety audits.

Project Risk Management: Support the project risk management process and ensure effective controls are established to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the project.

Client/Stakeholder Relationships: Promote, develop, and maintain effective client/stakeholder relationships to protect and enhance the company's reputation at site level.

Quality Assurance: Ensure our suppliers, sub-contractors, and direct workforce follow company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and Engineering standards.

Communication: Carry out regular toolbox talks, daily activity briefings with Rolls Royce & sub-contractors, and maintain accurate records of works done and expenditure.

Team Leadership: Liaise with the project manager to order general materials as required to complete the project, co-ordinate all activities on site, and issue permits in compliance with CDM and CSO6.

Requirements

Experience: Proven and demonstrable experience in the role of a supervisor/site manager.

Qualifications: City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) construction-related qualification.

Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with clear and confident written and verbal communication skills, high level of organisational ability, and time management skills.

Certifications: SSSTS/SMSTS, JIB/BESA, CSCS Card, First Aid.

Software Skills: Competent user of IT software packages, including MS Office, Fieldview or similar tablet-based quality assurance software.
