Job Title: Field Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Briggs Equipment. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of diesel, petrol, and electrically powered small plant, agricultural, and ground care equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to safety guidelines and policies set by customers and Briggs Equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
  • Attend to breakdowns and fault-find issues to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and address any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the company vehicle is well-maintained and equipped with the necessary parts and tools.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various environments.
