Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital. As a Business Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily workload of our Business Administration team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the financial administration of patient accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Resolve general queries received in the department, providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Support the triage and resolution of queries raised by patients and consultants, working closely with the Business Administration Manager.
- Ensure that information received from external stakeholders meets the minimum level of compliance, maintaining high data quality standards.
- Work with the Business Administration Manager to continually improve processes, identifying areas for efficiency and implementing changes.
- Assist with general office duties, such as filing, post, and other administrative tasks.
- Experience in a busy customer-facing business support function, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Confident and effective communicator, able to manage and interpret data, and present it in a professional manner.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in working with numbers and large volumes of data, with a strong attention to detail.
- GCSE level in English and Maths, with an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent.
- Excellent IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, with strong keyboard skills.
- Strong attention to detail, persistence, resilience, and determination to achieve goals set.
- Ability to develop good working relationships with key stakeholders within the business.

Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital provides high-quality healthcare, working with leading Consultants to offer a range of services and treatments. We are proud to have received a "good" rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Our facilities include 49 en-suite patient bedrooms, 4 operating theatres, acute dependency and oncology units. We've been awarded the Macmillan Quality Environment Mark for cancer care and our Endoscopy service has achieved JAG accreditation.
Our working atmosphere is highly professional and stimulating, yet friendly and collaborative like that of a large family unit. The hospital is easily accessible from the A3 or M25 and we are located about 1.5 miles from Guildford town centre.
